About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of mirenpartners.com and of the services and platforms provided by Miren L.L.C-FZ ("Miren", "we", "us"), registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., under License No. 2534889.01. Miren Partners is a brand of Miren L.L.C-FZ. By using our site, services or platforms, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide marketing and growth services for businesses, and software platforms for businesses, including a customer messaging and sales management platform. Client services are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

Use of our site

The content on this site is for general information about our services. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice.

Your accounts and connected platforms

If you use our platforms, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. When you connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or TikTok accounts to our platforms, you confirm that you have the right to connect them and that you will follow the terms and policies of those platforms.

Acceptable use

You may not use our platforms to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop;
• do anything that goes against the policies of Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp or TikTok;
• send unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or harmful content;
• access data or systems you are not allowed to access.

We may suspend or end your access to our platforms if you break these rules.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Miren L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Third-party services

Our site and platforms link to or work with third-party services, such as scheduling tools and messaging platforms. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

No guarantee of results

We provide our site and services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee any specific result, such as a number of followers, users, sales or conversions.

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, U.A.E.
