What we offer

We provide marketing and growth services for businesses, and software platforms for businesses, including a customer messaging and sales management platform that lets a business manage conversations with its customers in one inbox.

Data we collect

• Information you give us through forms: when you fill in a form on our site, such as our onboarding form, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, website and your answers.
• Call bookings: when you book a call with us, we receive your name, email, the time you chose and any notes you add.
• Messages: when you write to us by email or messaging apps, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
• Basic technical data: when you visit our site, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit, to run and secure the site.

Data from connected business accounts

When a business connects its Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or TikTok accounts to our platform, we process, on behalf of that business, the messages, names and contact details of its customers. We use this data only to show those conversations in the business's message inbox, to let the business reply, and to measure how the business responds and serves its customers. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to operate, such as hosting, database, scheduling and email providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Data from connected business accounts is kept while the business uses our platform. When a business disconnects its accounts, we stop receiving its data. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and established hosting providers, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work.

Your rights
